Organizational Behaviour I

Individual, interpersonal and group processes are studied to examine the impact on management effectiveness. Methods of instruction could include cases, simulations, lectures and group activities. Prerequisites: BU111 and BU121. Exclusions: MSCI 211(UW), PS284, OL140, OL224 Notes: Exclusions do not constitute equivalency. Administration Option courses cannot be applied to any other Business program.

Content is very straightforward and seemingly common sense. Boring to study but no actual assignments besides 1 group presentation at the end so really light workload (ignoring the 2 midterms), definitely possible to cram the night before.
